RE: Rescinding - Precautionary Drinking Water Advisory - Town of Esterhazy
The Water Security Agency, in consultation with the Saskatchewan Health Authority, are advising that the “Precautionary Drinking Water Advisory”(PDWA) for the Town of Esterhazy, issued by the Water Security Agency for the Town of Esterhazy’s potable water system is hereby cancelled.
The PDWA has been cancelled due to an inoperable valve in which the planned work has been postponed to a later date and as such, there was no disruption to the distribution system and therefore no additional risk was introduced to the public.
In closing, I would like to acknowledge that the Water Security Agency appreciates the efforts and cooperation demonstrated by staff at your water treatment plant, as well as officials of the Town of Esterhazy in addressing the advisory.
