Esterhazy Housing Authority
 
The Esterhazy Housing Authority manages 118 subsidized Social housing units in the town of Esterhazy. The Housing Authority is regulated by policies and guidelines established by the Saskatchewan Housing Corporation and is governed by a local Board of Directors.
 
The Social Housing portfolio in Esterhazy consists of one- or two-bedroom apartments and duplexes for seniors and three-bedroom duplexes and bungalows and row housing for families.
 
An application process establishes eligibility for Social Housing and applicants with acceptable references are considered for placement based on need.
 
Rent is based on gross income and preference is given to those with low to moderate incomes. Income is reviewed on an annual basis.
